Two (2) planned service maintenance check-ups per year. This includes our complete 15-point heating and cooling service check. We can have a technician in your home within four hours a call made during working hours only (MON-FRI 8am-5pm).

Fifteen Point Service Inspection

1. Check outside condensing coil for corrosion.
2. Check Amps of compressor and Fan.
3. Check capacitor charge +/- 10%.
4. Check the operation of the compressor contactor.
5. Check temperature at the return and supply air.
6. Blow out the condensate drain and check alternate drain pan.
7. Lubricate all moving parts where accessible.
8. Check belt and adjust tension.
9. Check and recommend filter maintenance schedule- replace disposable filter if on site.
10. Check all safety float switches.
11. Check voltage and amperage on Blower motor.
12. Check start blower capacitor and relays.
13. Look for burnt wires or loose connections.
14. Sanitize Evaporator Coil with non-rinse cleaner.
15. Inspect thermostat and observe operation.
